The Freedom of Forgiveness

Coach Erik here:

Life becomes easier when we learn to accept the apologies we’ve never received.
Forgiveness does not exonerate behavior. However it does free us from experiencing the pain of the past in the present moment. The Buddha once said, “Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.” I invite you to free yourself of this toxic energy by letting go of the anger and giving up all hope for a brand new past.
Take away: Forgiveness is not about healing others. It’s about healing ourselves.
About: I want to help you live a fit and happy life you love. I am an award-winning peak performance coach, presenter and author who has helped hundreds of people take inspired action since 1995.
