Allow me to explain. Lasting transformation may not be so much about burning calories as it is about letting go of everything that isn’t you; all of the expectations, judgment and guilt that we associate with our bodies and our lives.
When we lose this emotional weight we are free to be our best selves in that moment. The emotional space we create allows us to take consistent inspired action from a place of joy and power versus judgment and force.
Travel lite. Lose the emotional weight of expectation, judgment and guilt. Find joy in the journey and don’t forget to smile!
