You Can Break Through: An Evidence Based Argument

My offering today is a reminder that you have the power to live the happy, healthy and empowered life you deserve. You may be thinking, “Easy for you to say, you don’t have to deal with___.” Or “you haven’t had to go though___.” My response to that is, you’re right. I don’t know what you’re going through and I don’t know what you’ve been through. But I do know that there is something inside of you that is superior to your current circumstances. How do I know this for sure? I don’t. I believe it, but I don’t know it. YOU know this for sure. I submit that you already have the evidence, the “knowing” if you will, that you can breakthrough whatever it is that is holding you back.
I invite you to remember your power today by thinking of times when:
You met adversity head on and prevailed.
You thought you couldn’t do it and you discovered you could.
You were terrified but took action anyway.
You thought you couldn’t take another step and you did.
You thought the bottom would fall out and it didn’t.
You got knocked down and you decided to get back up.
You discovered you were more powerful then you thought you were.
Take away: Remember you have the power to breakthrough. Not because I say you can, but because YOU KNOW you can.
