You Are Just Two Millimeters Away

You Are Just Two Millimeters Away

Coach Erik here:

In golf often the difference between a streamlined green shot and a shank into the ruff is just two millimeters or less.

The same is true when it comes to making your fitness/wellness connection. Often the thought of fully engaging is overwhelming. The truth is, most of the time you are just two millimeters away from breaking through. Perhaps your two millimeters is a small tweak to your morning routine. Perhaps it’s deciding that every act of fitness (no matter how small counts.) Or maybe it’s a decision to make your fitness time a must as opposed to a should.

Take away: The secret to happiness is progress not perfection. Know that you are just two millimeters away from feeling connected, empowered and unstoppable. Just two millimeters. The choice is yours.

What I appreciate from both you & Jonathan is that “progress not perfection” is OKAY! That is such a gift! Thanks for all the encouragement!

I love this, Coach E.! Thanks for the reminder, as I wait at the airport for my flight to leave, admittedly a bit nervous.
