Plan B

Plan B

April 15th, 2013 // 12:56 pm @

In fitness and in life, the difference between happily achieving and a never-ending cycle of frustration is staying fluid and flexible in your approach. Life happens. The question is what will you do when life throws you a curveball?  My invitation today is to stay positive. Learn from setbacks, chart a new course and take massive inspired action.

Take away: If plan A is not working for you come up with plan B. Take massive action and remember if your why is compelling enough sooner or later the how will show up for you!

This is a lovely message in light of the tragedy yesterday, Erik. Thank you.

I am so pleased to say that your approach to wellness and fitness have become my how! I am 2 weeks in to daily exercise at 41 years of age. Up to now, I have never done any type of exercise. I walked here and there, did yoga once or twice in a 6 month period, etc. I wasn’t willing to allow myself to believe I could work hard, feel good, be strong.
It’s amazing to me that I have had this breakthrough..but I know I have. Thank you for showing up when you did..for putting your message out into the world! If I can breakthrough, I am pretty sure that anyone can!
