Anatomy of a Fitness Breakthrough

I offer we don’t want to transform our bodies. What we really want is to transform how we feel. The irony is when we change how we feel in the present moment we awaken our power to transform our bodies and our lives.

My offering today is an invitation to travel lite. To let go of your old story, shed emotional weight and create the inner space to live the fit, vital and empowered life you deserve.

I invite you to consider the following possibilities:

Permission to be perfectly imperfect.

Permission to take time for yourself. (Keep in mind we are simply better when we care and nurture ourselves. Plus we have more to give to those we love!)

Self-Judgment is the voice of the oppressor. Are you willing to continue to be enslaved by this negative voice?

Fear of judgment is really the fear of not being loved and accepted. When we love and accept ourselves does it matter any more if we are judged?

Every act of fitness/wellness counts!

You are not your old story. Begin to write a new story by creating new empowering evidence (supporting new beliefs about yourself) in the present moment.

Forgiveness of yourself and others can lead to profound freedom and healing.

Often it’s not about what we eat, but healing the pain that is eating at us.

Lasting transformation requires a powerful dynamic force. There is no force more powerful then love.

Take away:

I invite you to travel lite. Let the light of awareness and love help you heal and shed emotional weight. This is the key to the happiness and vitality we all yearn for.
