The three words that can transform your body and your life are, “How can I?” 

Allow me to explain: 

Your life is a direct reflection of the questions you habitually ask yourself. For example when you ask a disempowering question such as, “why can’t I get into shape?” your mind immediately gives you a disempowering answer such as, “because you are unmotivated and you have never been successful in the past!”

The magic happens when you change your habitual question from “why can’t I” to, “how can I and enjoy the process?” This simple shift sends your creative genius into overdrive to come up with powerful solutions to make it happen.

Take away: Successful people ask themselves better questions and as a result get better answers. The game changing question, “how can I” immediately connects you to your inner genius and your ability to take consistent inspired action. I invite you integrate this powerful question into your life and notice what comes up for you. I have a strong feeling you will be amazed by the results!
