Three Words That Can Transform Your Body and Your Life

Coach Erik here:

The three words that can transform your body and your life are, “How can I?”

Allow me to explain:

Your life is a direct reflection of the questions you habitually ask yourself. For example when you ask a disempowering question such as, “why can’t I get into shape?” your mind immediately gives you a disempowering answer such as, “because you are unmotivated and you have never been successful in the past!”

The magic happens when you change your habitual question from “why can’t I” to, “how can I and enjoy the process?” This simple shift sends your creative genius into overdrive to come up with powerful solutions to make it happen.

Take away: Successful people ask themselves better questions and as a result get better answers. The game changing question, “how can I” immediately connects you to your inner genius and your ability to take consistent inspired action. I invite you integrate this powerful question into your life and notice what comes up for you. I have a strong feeling you will be amazed by the results!

Finding “It”

Warm greetings!

Coach E here:

Today’s offering is a poem I wrote about “digging deep” and going for it when the going gets tough in training and in life. I invite you to continue to look within. Chances are you’ll find exactly what you need to carry you through. Remember, you are a lot stronger then you think you are!

Live Fit and Be Well,

Erik
