Erik’s areas of expertise include cross-training, endurance/multi-sport coaching, wellness/lifestyle coaching, post-rehabilitation training, balance/stability/agility training, weight training, interval training, nutrition, advanced stretching/yoga, functional/body weight training, sport-specific training, cardiovascular/aerobic training, weight management, and physique transformation.

Erik holds a degree in exercise physiology from Ithaca College and was named one of the top trainers of 2011 by Boston.com. He is a self-described “wellness crusader” and avid athlete. In addition to training “for life” he is a 12-time marathoner and 5-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.

Erik lives with his wife and two daughters outside of Boston.
