The body innately changes when it recognizes the need to adapt to new stimulus over time.

The key is to create new stimulus within your body by consistently reworking the training variables of exercise; modality, intensity, duration and frequency. This will keep your workouts fresh and exciting, and your body adapting and transforming!  Below are 4 tips to get you started.

Tip#1 Keep it fun!
  • Chose exercises that you enjoy. This will keep you motivated and looking forward to your workouts.
  • Keeps you present and happy in the now, as opposed to postponing happiness until you “arrive” at your desired outcome.

Tip#2 Mix up cardiovascular intensity (High and Low Intensity)
  • Increases metabolic “furnace”
  • Burns greater percentage of body fat
  • Increases cardiovascular function
  • Note: Intensity relative to fitness level and personal intention.
